Before application of services, please check General Agreement carefully and contact us for any questions.
General Agreements between Users and the Screening Core Facility
Users understand that compound screening is the very first step for the outcome of the entire project.
Users agree to present original assay results and provide information on non-commercial reagents and materials to determine the feasibility of the screening service. The Screening Core Facility will keep the user-provided information confidential.
Users agree to provide sufficient quantities of special reagents and materials before a specified time at the Screening Core Facility.
The Screening Core Facility will provide only INFORMATION (compound structure and compound provider), but not the real molecule, of the identified hits.
If the identified screening hits are from compounds provided by GRC collaborators, users agree that the compound contributors could be notified and the users will be notified only the name of contributors and the codes of the compound. Further collaborations can be established between the user and the contributor.
Users agree to complete the core service evaluation after the services
Users agree to acknowledge the Screening Core Facility if the results through the facility are in any deeds of publications.
Unless specified otherwise, the Screening Core Facility will destroy all unused reagents and materials received from the user after the service is completed.
Users agree to make the payment before project execution.
