A:  Both academia and industry investigators can request the service.

Q: How to request a service?

Q: What is the status of your compound? what is the final DMSO concentration?
A: Our compounds are solubilized in 100% DMSO and reformated to be 1 mM stock in online 1536-well plate.

Q: Screening service is so expensive.
A: Considering the number of tested samples and the usage of reagents, the cost of a screening service is economical. 

Q: What concentration of compounds will be used in the screening? How many times?
A: Primary screening will be conducted ONE single concentration, 10 uM if not specified. 

Q: High-throughput screening fails to find leads.
A: The hit-rate of a screening is usually 0.1%~0.3%. HTS is only the beginning of the hit-to-lead process, which requires combination efforts in a variety of areas.

Q: Can I purchase the compounds from core facility?
A: A customized service that uses a customized library to perform assays might be arranged. Please contact us.
