High-throughput Isolation and Separation

We offer services on high-throughput isolation and separation of natural products or samples with high diversity. At first, the samples are fractionated by Sepbox 2D-2000 (Sepiatec GmbH).  The fractions can be further transferred into multi-well plates using our liquid handling systems for further exploration.

Advantages:

• The Sepbox 2D-2000 combines HPLC and SPE and delivers a high number of pure fractions in a single separation run. 

• 2 g crude extract can be separated into 352 fractions in 48 hours 

• The automated separation results are highly reproducible

• Detection by UV and ELSD

• The fractions can be lyophilized in 24 hours

• The fractions can be rearranged into multi-well plates, which can be easily adapted for further exploration
